We were really missing Grandma Kim and Grandpa Fry so we decided to hop in the ol Kia and take a trip to St. George. Grandpa wasn't able to make it out for Ammy and Sabes birthday so he decided to have a special birthday celebration at thier house for them both. We got there and Dad had a trip to Zions planned for us. We did a little hike up to Weeping Rock and then went to a 3D Dinosaur show that Ammy loved. We had the kids first ever picnic. It was so beautiful in Zions. I for sure want to go back. We then went back to thier house where a Kim put togther the most wonderful birthday dinner full of Dinosaur magic. Uncle Kip made a Dinosaur Cake that was so stinkin cool. Ammon loved it and still talks about it today. After dinner Grandma and Grandpa brought out the presents. Ammon got Spike the giant dinosuar that walks and does amazing tricks. Sabrie got a horsey she can ride on. They love their toys and especially their grandparents and Kipper. We are so thankful for our wonderful family and the memories that we make with them. I love you guys!

brining my dear is where you soak the turkey in this liquid you make up that has lots of sugar and salt in it.
In the end it makes the turkey very moist instead of dried out. I over cooked mine. He brined one turkey and did the other one normal, they got over cooked and the brined one turned out good, the other one, well it got used for soup!!
I love your little pics of your trip. I bet you love going to georgy town this time of year!! And I bet the kids LOVED their xtra party!!! FUn. Tell your daddy I said HELLO.
